During the COVID period, when the world had paused, Vineet Bansal made a decision that most would avoid. Instead of stepping back, he chose to move forward. A visit to Tirthan Valley became a defining moment — silence, raw nature, and a pace of life that forces you to slow down.
Since 2015, through Escapenfly, Vineet had curated travel experiences for thousands of clients. One clear insight emerged — people don't remember trips for luxury rooms or packed itineraries. They remember how they felt, the peace they experienced, and the moments they truly lived.
This understanding became the foundation of Tiraya. Not just another stay, but a space where people disconnect from noise and reconnect with themselves. Every decision has been intentional — not overbuilding, not over-commercialising, not chasing volume.

Gushaini, 10 minutes away, is the trailhead for the Great Himalayan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The riverside walk to the park gate needs no permit.
The Tirthan is a protected angling reserve for brown and rainbow trout. Fishing needs a state licence; we can help you arrange it.
The Tirthan is protected as a free-flowing river: no dams can ever be built on it. Walk its banks from our door.
Around 181 bird species are recorded in the Great Himalayan National Park, including the rare Western Tragopan, Himachal's state bird.

Yes. All 10 rooms face the Tirthan River and every room has a private balcony.
Yes, Tiraya is open in every season. In winter Jalori Pass is closed, so guests arrive via Mandi and Aut. In the monsoon, WhatsApp us before you travel for current road conditions.

The nearest airport is Bhuntar (Kullu-Manali), about 50 km away, roughly 1.5–2 hours by taxi. By road: about 7–8 hours from Chandigarh, 11–12 hours from Delhi and 3–3.5 hours from Manali, via Mandi and Aut. We can arrange a taxi.
Yes. Gushaini, about 10 minutes away, is the trailhead for the park's Tirthan side. The riverside walk to the park gate at Rolla needs no permit; treks into the core zone need a permit from the Sai Ropa office.
